All rooms are for Non-smokers (NON SMOKING).
Reservations made by Colombian residents will be charged with 19% additional VAT.
Reservations made by non-residents in Colombia, are exempt from VAT and only configured when the Non-resident arrives at the Hotel and the immigration status is verified.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to apply fines for breach of internal policies.
Check-out 13:00 p.m. - Check-in 15:00 hrs.
The cancellation and modification conditions depend on the chosen rate.
Any failure in the services of the Hotel must be reported immediately and directly to the Reception.
EARLY CHECK IN: The Hotel will grant the room according to availability, to the guests wishing to register before 3:00 p.m for a value of $ 20,000.
LATE CHECK OUT: The Hotel will grant the room according to the availability to the guests who wish to leave after 1:00 p.m .; the value is 50% of the value of the night until 5:00 p.m., after that time the total value of the night will be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR EARLY DEPARTURE: The Hotel according to availability, passengers who wish to make their early departure on the date of departure contracted will be charged 50% of the value of the night in low occupancy and 100% of the total value of the night in high occupancy.
NO SHOW: It is the charge processed by the Hotel when a client does not arrive on the agreed date or does not cancel the guaranteed reservation within the previously specified period, in this case, the Hotel will cancel the room reservation and will charge the equivalent penalty depending on the type of reserved rate.

The hotel tariff depends on the chosen accommodation.
The conditions of the food service included in the rate will be provided by the hotel from the time of Check in and until Check out.

Children under 2 years of age and "Children" are considered "Infants", minors between the ages of 2 and 11 years old.
Minors (under 18): If a minor travels in the company of one of their parents and in order to make the registration process at the Hotel, they must present the identity card at the Hotel reception , current passport and / or civil registry. If the child does not travel with their parents, it is required that they present a copy of the birth certificate showing the relationship, a copy of the citizenship card of the parents and the authorization form signed and authenticated by both parents.
